over 20 years, Doug Lopez, partner of The PCHelpDesk, has
owned and continues to operate a successful $10 million/yr
general and IT staffing company, The Dial Group. The Dial
Group has been supporting Fortune 500 Corporations for 45
years, gaining national respect as one of the most successful
Minority Owned Staffing Corporations. Doug also founded, controlled
and operated a highly successful Oracle ERP Consulting company,
Consulting Solutions Inc., a $12million/yr firm that eventually
was sold in 1999 and the recently formed iFacets, a Integration
Resource Staffing Company. As a Partner with The PCHelpDesk,
Doug is responsible for overall company direction, leadership
and financing.
Steve Steve
Guzman, Founder and President of The PC HelpDesk, has been
involved in the PC and Network industry since 1983 and is
personally responsible for building The PC HelpDesk’s
highly regarded reputation with over 500 clients served. Steve's
array of expertise includes the spectrum of custom design
and installation for large Corporation in-house system servers,
workstations, networks, remotes, telecommute, security, high
speed internet, portable computing…. to small and medium
size companies with all their business computer system needs
to full service needs for residential customers. Steve has
personally supported hundreds of different industries including
Advertising, Commerce, Education, Employment Financial, Government,
Legal, Manufacturing, Medical, Non-Profit, Real Estate Retail,
Sales, Security, Telecommunication….
As President and owner of The PCHelpDesk, Steve is responsible
for overall supervision of technical support, technician training,
customer service and overall company direction.
Jeff Jeff
Lopez, partner of The PCHelpDesk and Vice President of The
Dial Group, has ten years of experience within most areas
of the staffing industry including: internal staff management,
recruiting, human resources, contracts and administration,
accounting and payroll, sales, marketing and corporate accounts
management. He has lead many IT project recruiting programs
and project management within the Information Technology sectors
including: ASP and ERP business consulting, database administration,
data warehouse programming/integration, application programming,
system development/design network programming and administration
and various technical and computer help desk support efforts.
He has proven leadership providing strong rapport and representation
to the contractors/employees, while providing excellent customer
service and productivity to the client. At The PCHelpDesk,
Jeff is responsible for overall business development, project
recruiting methodologies and client contract administration.
